If ICC Austria provides its seminar participants with an APP that enables them to get in touch directly with other people who have also been registered for this event, this is to be understood as a voluntary service that in no way obliges them to use it.
It is the sole responsibility of the respective seminar participant to decide whether this tool and opportunity should be used and which information to exchanged.
We expressly state that ICC Austria assumes no responsibility for the information exchanged between the users and that there is no moderator function for the direct communication.
However, ICC Austria reserves the right to exclude participants from using the APP in the event of complaints or indications that this APP is used for purposes other than the intended purpose.
